The SWG Headquarters in Washington D.C. houses a 1200-volume library of books written by and about members.  Researchers who are not members may contact HQ for permission to use the books on site.

Our collection of Oral Histories of notable members is also available to researchers in tape or transcript form.

The Library of Congress contains the papers of past members of SWG that have been collected at Headquarters.  These papers are available to researchers.

A photo archive of pictures by and of members is available at headquarters.  These photos may be used only with the credit line “courtesy of the Society of Woman Geographers, Washington D.C.”
